Handstand with Henrik September 24

Mysore Yoga CPH - handstand - Henrik Martinsen - yoga - Ashtanga - Astanga - Copenhagen - København - Frederiksberg

Inspired by the gymnastics, this workshop on September 24 at 10-12.30 invites you to explore the process of learning to handstand, even if you have never been on your hands before.

The workshop focuses on core and arm strength in a safe and fun way. You will be propelled to go beyond your limits while staying in the integrity of the foundations of yoga. This class is for all levels of practitioners.

Henrik Martinsen has practiced gymnastics extensively after years in competitive cycling. He recently took up a daily Ashtanga yoga practice at MYC and is happy to share his in-depth understanding of the art of arm balancing and handstands in a down-to-earth and supportive manner.
