Jump back & jump through 20/2

Mysore Yoga CPH - Ashtanga yoga - Astanga - Copenhagen - København - Frederiksberg

In Astanga yoga the jump backs and jump throughs run through the seated postures and link them together. These transitional elements are sometimes frustrating, but they can become enjoyable and when understood properly they will deepen the experience of the practice.

In this Yoga Lab mini-workshop on February 20 at 9-11.30 we will explore the techniques of lifting up and jumping back into Chaturanga Dandasana and the mechanics of jumping through to sitting from Adho Mukha Svanasana. The workshop is suitable for all levels of practitioners. Come and lift yourself and your practice higher! Price kr. 200. Pre-registration is required.
