MYC Newsletter June 2013

We are a couple of days away from the Summer Solstice, the day when light rules over the day longer than any other time in the year. In different traditions and cultures summer is often seen representing infinite potential, harmony, contentment and joy – all these qualities we also aim to cultivate with the practice of yoga. MYC is open for you all summer, but wherever your paths go during the coming period, we hope you carry this essence of yoga with you.

We wish you a happy summer, on and off the mat!
