Workshops with Petri Räisänen

Mysore Yoga CPH - Petri Räisänen - Ashtanga yoga - Astanga - Copenhagen - Frederiksberg

Internationally renowned Ashtanga yoga teacher Petri Räisänen will return to Copenhagen and MYC to teach a four-day Mysore workshop May 5-8 2016 and additional workshops on Primary and Intermediate series on May 7 and 8.

Petri focuses on integrating healing and therapy with yoga, meeting student’s individual needs and guiding their progress. His friendly, relaxed behaviour and intuitive perception give an open, energetic and meditative atmosphere to his classes. Petri’s Mysore teaching gives you an opportunity to experience the wholeness of the practice, and his teachings aims to lead to an experience of deep concentration (pratyahara) and meditation (dhyana).

Workshop schedule:

Thursday and Friday May 5th-6th:
  • Mysore classes at 6 and 8

Saturday May 7th:

  • Mysore classes at 7 and 9.
  • In-depth Primary series workshop 13-15.30
  • Technique Class and Q&A 16-17.30
  • Chanting & Meditation with Wambui 17.30-18.15

Sunday May 8th:

  • Mysore classes at 7 and 9
  • In-depth Intermediate series workshop 13-15.30
  • Chanting & Meditation with Wambui 15.30-16.15

Technique Class and Q&A is included for all the Mysore practitioners. Chanting & Meditation with Wambui is for everybody attending any sessions during the workshop.
