Gløgg and Æbleskiver, Sunday December 9th 11.30-

After the morning Mysore class we’ll have a cosy Christmas gathering. Gløgg and æbleskiver are on the house. For a more complete brunch, feel free to bring a dish to share. More information about the details and location at the Shala.

108 Sun Salutations, Friday December 21st 7-8.45

The winter solstice brings the darkest day of the year. We will gather together in the morning to do 108 sun salutations in a candle light with the rising sun, accompanied by recorded chanting. Read more
