Join us for a explorative freeflow yoga workshop with Helena as your guide.
In this session, we’ll seamlessly blend elements from astanga yoga with other fluid yoga practices including modifications, handstand and yin yoga elements. The emphasis is creatively using the base of astanga yoga and then allowing new perspectives of movement patterns to be expressed through the body as we venture into and out of different asanas.

Everyone can participate regardless of yoga experience, as we will have time to play around with different modifications.
