This mini workshop is for all – beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. The aim of this workshop is to teach you how to engage the right muscles to support your handstand and how to build skills and drills to develop the correct technique.
We will work to position your shoulder position, and address pain and injury prevention in both wrists and shoulders.
You will get exercises and techniques, for both body and mindset, to take home with you after the workshop, to continue your progress.
The workshop is for everyone. If you have some questions after the workshop, we will be available for Q&A.
Full primary series practice is not required to join the workshop.
