Yoga Lab: Astanga In-Depth

This workshop is an in-depth immersion into the techniques and concepts underlying the practice of Astanga Yoga.

Mysore Yoga CPH - Astanga Yoga - Copenhagen - København
We will explore and refresh the basic fundamentals and cover the key postures of the primary series. Additionally we will use in each session the postures and techniques as an access point to have a look on the philosophical foundation of the practice of Astanga yoga.

The course is designed to deepen an existing practice and participants should have a consistent Mysore style Astanga practice. It’s possible to select just single sessions, but for the best benefit we recommend attending all the mini workshops.

Session 1. Breath, bandhas and sun salutations
Session 2. Standing sequence
Session 3. Key postures of the seated sequence
Session 4. Back bending + finishing sequence

Dates, price and details will be confirmed soon!
