In the Yin Yoga workshop, you can expect to hold poses for an extended period, typically between three to five minutes.
The extended holds allow for a deep release of tension in the muscles and connective tissues, improving flexibility, reducing stress and rejuvenating experience for the mind and body.
The workshop includes breath-work, meditation, and visualization techniques to enhance your relaxation and mindfulness. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and can be a useful complement to our more dynamic form of astanga yoga or any other exercises.
