Guided classes 4 Saturdays in November

November comes
And November goes,
With the last red berries
And the first white snows.
With night coming early,
And dawn coming late,
And ice in the bucket
And frost by the gate.
The fires burn
And the kettles sing,
And earth sinks to rest
Until next spring.

Led Primary Series every Saturday in November

Ashtanga yoga - Astanga yoga - Mysore Yoga CPH - Copenhagen - København - FrederiksbergWith leaves falling and nights drawing in, we want to get together to create collective energy on Saturday mornings in November and move through the primary series as one.
Guided classes are great tools to get back to the original breath and movement that is the spirit of Ashtanga Yoga.
Students of all levels will benefit from these classes.
Class time is 7.45 – 9.15 am. Door opens at 7.15.
The class is guided but if you want to practice Mysore style you are welcome to do it in the back of the room.
See you on the mat!
