Restore and renew! Tanya Markul continues teaching additional Head to Toe restorative classes on Thursdays at 19. In these gentle yoga sessions the postures are held for a long period of time for decompressing the joints, deeply relaxing the muscles and to de-stress and rejuvenate the mind and body.
