Back to Basics 10/10

During this workshop in October 10 at 9-11.30 we’ll cover the basics of Astanga Yoga. It’s a great opportunity for those either new to the practice or those wishing to understand or revise the different aspects of the practice on a deeper level.

What will be covered during the session: The basic philosophy behind the practice: why we do it? What does Ashtanga mean? The explanation of the breathing technique: how and why we use this? The exploration of the Bandhas: how and why we apply these? Detailed instruction of key positions of the sun salutations.
