Merry Xmas & Happy New Year!

Astanga yoga - Mysore Yoga CPH - Copenhagen - København - FrederiksbergThe shortest day and longest night of the year is just around the corner. The Winter Solstice is the time for a deep-seated urge to hibernate, but it can also mark the natural inclination to turn inward and watch the wheel turn.

A clear sign of the new lighter cycle is that the holidays are upon us, and with that a time to reflect, to give thanks and to renew. Whether you’re rockin’ around the Christmas tree or doing something else, we wish this period is filled with true abundance and prosperity: slowing down, caring and sharing.

Last but not least: thank you all for making this an amazing year at MYC. We look forward to continue growing and being inspired with you in 2015!
