(Re)starting Mysore practice?

This mini workshop on Saturday September 5 at 9-11 is for anybody who has started the practice of Ashtanga yoga, but building up a regular rhythm maybe turned out to be a challenge.

In this supportive, fun and informative session we will go through the basic techniques and sequence, learn about the philosophy and practicalities of Mysore practice and provide useful tips on how to build up a steady practice routine. The workshop is suitable for anybody curious, anxious or eager about starting or restarting the Mysore style Ashtanga yoga practice.
