A winter classic, Thailand retreat with Mikko & Olle offers a unique opportunity to explore yoga practice further in a paradise setting, directly on the beach of Koh Samui. This all-inclusive retreat is designed for Astanga yoga students of all levels.

In addition to daily Mysore practice, the program includes technique and philosophy classes, daily pranayama practice and meditation sessions.
