‘1% Theory’ on January 28th

There are plenty of ways to interpret the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois’ famous pronouncement: “99% practice, 1% theory”. In this class we’ll discuss the equation and cover the very basic theory and philosophy. What does Astanga mean? What are yamas and niyamas? How does all this relate to my practice?
