Saturday June 8th 2019 at 12-14
at Satya Yoga Shala

Proper breathing plays an important role in reducing stress, reinvigorating energy, and strengthening concentration, and has both preventive as well as restorative qualities.

We are born with a natural harmonious deep breathing pattern, but as we live through life, adapting to the requirements of modern life, most people develop a poor shallow breath.

To tap into this birthgiven resource, we can benefit a great deal by understand how breathing works – and how we  can consciously regulate its rhythm and quality for maximum benefit.

We will examine the physiological aspect of breathing, and take a step back from the conscious breathwork of yoga called pranayama, to inspire a good foundation for the awareness of the breath in everyday life.

Workshop price: 200 kr.
