Playful Workshop with Johanna Chemnitz

Playful Workshop with Johanna Chemnitz
Twist, back-bending and Nadi Shodhana

January 29th 2022 at 12.00 – 14.00

Within these two hours of our workshop time with Johanna, we’ll explore some playful variations of Yoga postures that we know from the Ashtanga practices. We will have a special focus on twisting and back-bending asanas. Johanna wish for you to discover some new perspectives by bringing movement into the body in other ways than we usually are doing when following the tradition of Ashtanga yoga.
We ́ll also take time to work with Nadi Shodhana and other soothing, calming breathing exercises. Especially combining asana work and working with our breath to help increase the flow of Prana within us and thus support our health profoundly.

The workshop is open for all levels of experiences in Yoga, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Johanna is a team member of Mysore Yoga Cph and she has a long term experience with the practicing and the teaching the Ashtanga Yoga system. Lately she revisited her exploration with other Yoga traditions. As lovely as they all are – she feels the strongest pull towards her long term fascination and dedication with the Ashtanga system. She’s looking much forward to share some joyful experimentation with you.

*Pre-registration for the 2 hour workshop is required
