Intro to Astanga yoga – 2 hours

Intro to Astanga yoga: October 19th or November 10th at 12.00 – 14.00

‘Intro class’ is a 2 hour workshop, where you are introduced to the fundamental elements of the practice of Astanga yoga. You will learn basics of the practice at your own pace, one step at a time.

We guide you through the breath, postures and gazing points.

All the instructions are individual like in regular Mysore class. The setting gives even better opportunity to offer personal guidance and to help build up an own routine.

Pre-registration for the 2 hour ‘Intro class’ is required at the latest 4 days before the class. Price: DKK 200.

Please note after attending the ‘Intro’ the new students are invited to attend any Mysore classes in the following month – special additional price DKK 400 (normal price DKK 500).
